HOV+2 was started in the city of Miami FL in 2009. The gang operates like most gangs. Members need to be “jumped in” and must pay up to their superiors. It is still unknown what the purpose of this set is, but it has been rumored that they have members in Fort Lauderdale and even as far as Toronto Canada. If you come across any members of this gang extreme caution should be exercised. Especially if your on a dance floor.

December 22, 2008It took me 4 hours of searching the city to find some sleds.. I ended up with this “mini luge” called a zipfy and a fucking foam boogie board.
Your ass goes on the black part and your feet stick straight out in front of you. This thing is so damn fast it’s scary.
The boogie board actually worked out..
